Functioning as the sole corporate trustee, it ensures continuity of duty, mitigates governance fragmentation, and insulates trustee liability under a consolidated fiduciary mandate.

Parallel to the CIO structure, Camilla Impact CIC (Company No. 16527324) operates as a Community Interest Company incorporated for non-charitable yet mission-aligned functions. It facilitates programme-related investment (PRI), social innovation trials, and the administration of trading surpluses consistent with its community interest statement.
